The Bader Family Alumni Lanes

Our historic Clubhouse is located at 244 W. Willow in Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood.  The Clubhouse was built in 1891 and formerly housed our Game Room.  We have just finished converting the first floor back to its original use – a two lane bowling alley!

We can’t wait to share this space with you!

Policies

  1. Clean street shoes are allowed for bowling, no sandals. We also have a limited number of bowling shoes as well as booties to cover street shoes as necessary.  These are complimentary with your rental fee.
  2. The Menomonee Club operates under a Children’s Activity Facility license and thus, no alcohol is allowed on the premises.
  3. The bowling alley fits 20 people. Only 10 people can bowl at one time, with five on each lane. If everyone in your group wishes to bowl, we recommend splitting into two groups and swapping after each game.
  4. No food or beverages are allowed beyond the ramp on the first floor. You are welcome to bring food or order in – tables and chairs are available upstairs in the multi-purpose room.
  5. Play ends when rental time expires.
  6. Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance.
  7. Our lanes are suitable for ages 7 and up. Our smallest bowling ball is six pounds.
